Portofranco | Guido Guidi

Viasaterna is pleased to announce that Guido Guidi will participate in the group exhibition PORTOFRANCO, curated by Rossella Farinotti. The exhibition brings together artists of different generations and backgrounds, creating a dialogue between historical perspectives and the visions of younger or mid-career artists. This intertwining of viewpoints shapes a multifaceted narrative, capable of offering multiple interpretations within a setting—Palazzo Soranzo Novello—steeped in dense memory, dark, surreal, and captivating.

The works construct a choral narrative, an immersive experience that, through multiple languages—painting, installation, sculpture, video, photography, performance—and a direct engagement with the space, explore themes of memory, transformation, the relationship between intimate and collective space, and between historical heritage and future imagination.

The exhibition thus becomes a field of shared visions, which, through the works and actions of prominent artists, pursues an urgent mission: to rethink a collective and participatory future, starting from abandoned places that are nonetheless rich in stories and memories.
