Annalisa Pintucci
Bari, 1961. Lives and works in Italy.
Her artistic career began in Italy in 1985 as part of the VITRIOL art group, with which she had her first show in Bari titled HC1+F1C4. Her first solo exhibition was held in 1990, the year in which she began to work with Achille Bonito Oliva and with La Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan, experiences that were both very important for her in the following years. Annalisa Pintucci has exhibited at Galleria Bonomo, in Bari, Frankfurt and Basel, Her works are made using traditional techniques of watercolour, tempera and oils, focusing on the isolation of single images from an encoded iconographic repertoire.
