Active in the world of photography since the ‘80s, Francesca Rivetti honed her skills while working in various different environments, and following a course in Fine Art Photography between 1993 and 1994 at the Edinburgh College of Art. Since the mid-2000s she has focused exclusively on her own path of expressive research, creating a corpus of works characterised by an extreme coherence of form and contents, in which the narrative component is mixed with the symbolic.
